My Mission

“My mission is to offer safe and compassionate spaces for parents, mothers, and families who feel overwhelmed, are carrying trauma, experiencing loss, anxiety, or addiction; Or who feel disconnected from themselves or their families. So that they can begin to feel more regulated, grounded, and supported.”

About Melanie

I am a Coach and Therapist, Specialist Nurse, Teacher, and Clinical Hypnotherapist and have extensively studied therapies supporting the emotional wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit.

I offer a safe and compassionate space for parents, mothers, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, carrying trauma, or navigating loss, anxiety, addiction, or disconnection from themselves.

My work supports you to feel more regulated, grounded, and able to meet yourself and your life with steadiness.

I integrate trauma-informed therapy with holistic and gently held spiritual approaches, creating a relational space where your nervous system can begin to settle, and deeper healing can unfold — without pressure to fix or force change.

As a mother of four children, I am very aware that often there is a big gap between the theory and the real-life experiences of birth and early parenthood.

I work with parents in many circumstances, including those navigating traumatic birth experiences, postnatal anxiety or depression, difficult fertility journeys and pregnancy after loss.

My approach is to offer safe, compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where people can gently explore their experiences, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through a blend of therapeutic and embodied approaches that honour safety, choice, and individual pace.

All of my work and offerings are heart-centred and intuitive.
